Pack-EOL Testing Equipment for Battery is a testing system developed and designed for a high-power (high-energy) lithium battery assembly. This system tests and verifies potential faults and safety issues that may occur during the battery pack assembly process, ensuring that the products shipped to customers are safe and reliable; This system is an end of line testing equipment used on the lithium battery production line to meet the functional testing and product configuration requirements before the product is offline. It belongs to a one-stop operation in the production process, which can reduce the probability of adverse phenomena caused by multiple manual tests and greatly improve production efficiency. This system mainly tests the insulation and voltage withstand test of battery packs, BMS communication test of battery packs, and verification test of battery pack total voltage detection ratio for equivalent performance. The Tech-shine Power Battery Pack EOL testing system can record test data (locally) and upload it to the factory MES for easy subsequent query and traceability. This system can be used alone or in conjunction with charging and discharging motors for dynamic performance testing.
