Product Description
The insulation and voltage withstand test between cells is carried out by pressing the probe plate of the overall testing mechanism onto the cell pole tightly, and then switching between the cells through a relay. Measure the insulation and voltage withstand test between the positive and negative electrodes of the battery cell and the shell, as well as between adjacent battery cells, before welding after stacking.Test steps: Measure the voltage of each battery cell with a multimeter, and start the insulation and voltage withstand test after the voltage polarity is qualified:
- Control positive electrode of all even number battery cells attracting, positive electrode of all odd number cells attracting, and test the insulation and voltage resistance between adjacent cell positive poles and positive poles.
- Control negative electrode of all even number battery cells attracting, negative electrode of all odd number cells attracting, and test the insulation and voltage resistance between adjacent cell negative poles and negative poles.
- Attract all positive electrodes of the battery cells and the module casing, and measure the insulation and voltage resistance between the positive electrode and the casing.
- Attract all negative electrodes of the battery cell and the module casing, and measure the insulation and voltage resistance between the negative electrode and the casing.
Test needle plate
a. The testing needle board can be manually adjusted in front, back, left, and right directions.
b. The probe of the testing needle board can automatically change the distance in the width direction of the module with the servo.
c. The test probe adopts a metal contact type.

Description 1
- Switch all positive relays, connect the positive poles of all cells, test the insulation and withstand voltage values between the positive poles of all cells and the shell, and determine whether they are qualified.
- Switch all negative relays, connect the negative terminals of all cells, test the insulation and voltage withstand values between the negative terminals of all cells and the shell, and determine whether they are qualified.
- Switch all even positive relays and all odd positive relays, test the insulation and voltage withstand values of the positive and positive poles between adjacent cells, and determine whether they are qualified.
- Switch between all even negative relays and all odd negative relays, test the insulation and voltage withstand values of the negative and negative terminals between adjacent cells, and determine whether they are qualified.
