Function Description

1.The module assembly and testing of square shell battery cells can achieve a rhythm of 8-10PPM.
2.The bundling module structure can assemble steel and plastic strips, or double steel strip.
3.Battery cell pretreatment ---It can perform functions such as scanning codes, OCV testing, plasma cleaning, NG discharge and replenishment, grouping flipping, and manual gluing.
4.The module can be stacked and bundled with single or double row mixed wires, and the module length is compatible.
5.The module assembly welding section can be used for safety testing, pole positioning, BSB welding, welding inspection, EOL testing, weighing, manual box entry, etc.
