Function Description
- This production line is for the assembly of single stator motors, compatible with both front wheel drive and rear wheel drive products. Using the whole board quick change mode to achieve quick replacement, the production line is divided into rotor line, end cover line, final assembly line, and testing line. The rotor line is used to complete the assembly of the motor rotor, including multiple pressing equipment, robots, and one conveyor line. The end cover line is used to complete the assembly of the end cover, including multiple single machines and a few manual workstations, as well as one conveyor line. The final assembly line is used for the overall assembly of motors, including multiple equipment such as assembly and testing, a few manual assembly stations, one gyration conveyor line, and multiple robots, all used in conjunction. The detection line is used for testing the motor before it is taken offline, including electrical performance testing, air tightness testing, and no-load testing.
