Function Description

1. The module assembly and testing of square shell battery cells can achieve a rhythm of 10-17PPM.
2. Bundling module structure, can be assembled with steel strip and plastic strip or double steel strip;
3. The beginning of the production line can be connected to various forms such as AGVs, conveyor lines, and manual forklifts to achieve battery cell loading. The finished products at the end of the line can be connected to AGV mode PACK lines, manual mode PACK lines, and drum line mode PACK lines.
4. The multi-layer material frame of the battery cells is directly fed, and the online material frame is automatically disassembled, stacked, and the battery cells are grabbed and put online;
5. Battery cell pre-treatment 1 can perform functions such as scanning codes, OCV testing, thickness measurement and matching group, plasma cleaning, and NG discharge and replenishment;
6. Battery cell pre-treatment 2 can perform functions such as module assembly flipping, gluing or coating, reordering, etc., and uses three independent channels to process three different states of cells, achieving to be a battery cell pre-treatment annular line that does not clean off the cells.
7. The module can be stacked and bundled with single or double row mixed wires, and the module length is compatible;
8. The module assembly welding section can be used for safety testing, pole positioning, BSB welding, nickel plate welding, welding inspection, module bottom and full size inspection, weighing, caching assembly, automatic box entry, etc;
